We’re honored to partner with The DAISY Foundation and recognize those nurses nationwide who improve the lives of patients through exceptional care. In 1999, the DAISY Foundation was founded by the family of Patrick Barnes to recognize the nurses who delivered quality care during the final stages of his battle with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Today, over 2,600 healthcare locations in all 50 states and internationally commit to celebrating nurses with The DAISY Award.
