The Advanced Dialysis Institute at Advanced Dallas Hospital & Clinics is the premier Comprehensive Dialysis Access Center (CDAC) in North Texas to deliver coordinated multi-specialty care to meet the unique needs of dialysis patients in the region. This program provides a full scope of dialysis access care, integrating both endovascular and open techniques to create, maintain and salvage the dialysis access in our population.

Dr. Neghae Mawla, MD, FASDIN
Dr. Neghae Mawla is a board-certified nephrologist with subspecialty certification in interventional nephrology and over 20 years of experience in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He serves as Director of the Advanced Dialysis Institute, where he leads dialysis access care with a strong focus on precision, outcomes, and patient-centered treatment.
His clinical expertise includes dialysis access assessment, endovascular AV fistula creation, and percutaneous maintenance of catheters, AV grafts, and existing fistulas. Dr. Mawla is co-director of the annual Controversies in Dialysis Access (CiDA) scientific meeting and is actively involved in national organizations such as the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN) and the American Society of Nephrology (ASN).
He earned his medical degree from McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston and completed his residency and fellowship training at Saint Louis University. Throughout his career, he has contributed to clinical research, scientific presentations, and academic publications, helping advance standards in dialysis access care.

Dr. Morris T. Grabie, MD, FACP
Dr. Morris T. Grabie, MD, FACP is an accomplished physician known for his extensive work in nephrology and renal physiology. He has served in respected clinical and academic roles, including invited lectureships at UCLA Center for the Health Sciences and major California medical centers. His research has been published in leading journals such as the American Journal of Physiology and the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, highlighting his contributions to renal failure, lupus nephritis, and metabolic disorders. Dr. Grabie has also presented his findings at national and international conferences, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted voice in kidney disease and complex renal care.
